By now you have probably seen the video of the UF student, Andrew Meyer, that got his “Look at me Mommy, I’m on TV” butt handed to him by the police.
Now I don’t know the details of the current investigation, but here’s a piece of advice for anyone that may want to “practice” this type of free speech.
When the police tell you to calm down and point weapons at you, probably best to calm down. If you find yourself at the bottom a police pig pile…no pun intended, but now that I think about it…that’s pretty darn funny…calling the police officer “BRO” is not going to do you any good at all.
And don’t worry, if your “rights” have been violated, there will be a number of lawyers that contact you for PR campaign and pending book deal.
For anyone considering this type of “free speech,” watch a few dozen episodes of COPS, and take note, the cops always come out top in these situations.
