		<description>This happened to ours as well; I took the cover off of the steering column and smacked the shit out it with a real hammer; that worked quite well, as it never did it again.</description>

		<description>Just a little thought for ya, Shawn,  One day this is going to happen again (believe me I speak from LOTS of experience with this exact problem).  Your wife is going to call you crying because she key won&#039;t turn, and she&#039;s supposed to take the boys to the doctor - oh wait that was me.  Just hope that she&#039;s near the VFC house when it happens like I was and someone comes to her rescue.  Rob has changed ours twice (we have a Dodge Grand Caravan - I think is a clone of the T&amp;C).  Let us know if you need some help.  Remember it will keep happening!!</description>
