Christmas 2009 will go down in THE FAMILY’s history as the year children’s toys became fun for adults. In years past, due to the very young age of our children…you know that age where you are still reffereing to them in months instead of years.
Personally, I dislike this practice because I didn’t know that after about 24 months you are supposed to go to years. I would rather there be a uniformed system until age 120 months…
But now that we are aging our kids in years, the toys have taken a great shift toward actual entertainment. I also realize that the educational value of any given toy is usually inversely proportional to its inherent entertainment value, and maybe there’s an Astrophysics game for the Wii, but until then…
