…and I am the biggest loser of all. I realized just how bad of a speller I am now that I am blogging. I have realized a few things about my spelling skills…
- I have no spelling skills
- The whole “Sound it out” never works for me
- Spell Check has made me lazy
I mean, spell check really wasn’t THE cause for my laziness, but it definitely contributed to my problem.
We plan to home school the Meester and E, and I’ll have to brush up on my “skills” if I hope to teach the boys anything…maybe I should just stick to math and science and leave the spelling up their mother.
(And just in case you were wondering, the only reason I got the “i” before “e” in science and the “e” before “i” in their above…spellcheck….which my computer is telling me should be two words…spell check)
