Where have we been? What have we been doing?

With a possible move on the horizon, it was time to spruce up the house.

This was about five years ago…

I hear curb appeal can sell a house, but after all this, I’m not sure I want to move. Check back for more pictures (I’ll have some great before and after shots).

    very nice!

    I would just try to diffuse the gutter system water; all of the water will cause the top soil at the gutter outlet locations to float away. That's my only suggestion; not that you were looking for one.
