You may tell by the lack of posting, that we at KTOWN have been quite busy lately. Nothing in particular, just life.
But here are some pics from Ben’s “Bug Hunt” birthday party. We had it at the East TN Discovery Center. I remember a place like this growing up…the Hands On Museum.
I remember being amazed and entertained by all the gadgets and exhibits. I thought I was a kid in Mr. Wizard’s World…I am showing my age with that one.
Now as an adult watching Ben and his friends run around at a place like that, having a blast, I realize that the exhibits that I grew up playing with weren’t much more that a fancy Lite Brite, a few things on pulleys, and the occasional lizard in the aquarium…but that goes to show you what imagination is all about.
