A Most Appropriate Response.

If you are a regular reader of this blog, then you know that we have spent some time at various doctors’ offices lately. And the subject of this post relates to something I noticed prior to each visit…my wife would always make sure to shave her legs.

Then I began to replay other doctor visits we’ve had in the past couple of years, this included OB/GYN’s and the occasional general practitioner…and the “shaving of the legs” always occurred.

I thought I should mention this observation to my wife. Below is the conversation:

Thoughtful Husband: “Honey, do you realize that you always shave your legs for your doctors, but rarely for me.”

After a moment of reflection, The Wife said:

“Well, if you only wanted access to those certain areas once or twice a year and made an appointment three months in advance; I’d shave my legs for you, too.”

Once I picked myself up off the floor from laughing so hard, I realized, not only, am I totally in love with my wife for saying that, but also, she is by far the funniest person I know.

All bets are off during the winter, though.
